What "sale" and "sharing" mean

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, and similar state laws, a "sale" means disclosing personal information to a third party for money or other valuable consideration. "Sharing" means disclosing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, which is advertising based on your activity across different websites, whether or not money changes hands.

What we share and with whom

We do not share your name, email address, postal address or payment information for advertising purposes.

Service providers are not a sale or share

Some partners process data only on our behalf to run the shop, such as PayPal for payments, our email service provider, shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL), DigitalOcean Spaces for file storage, OpenAI for on-site product search and Telegram for staff order notifications. These service providers are not considered a sale or sharing of your personal information.

How to opt out

Choose whichever is easier for you:

• Email [email protected] with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share".
• Submit the form below.

You do not need an account, and we do not ask you to verify your identity to opt out. We will only decline an opt-out request if we have a good-faith, documented reason to believe it is fraudulent, and if so we will tell you why.

Timing

We act on your opt-out request within 15 business days at the latest, and we notify the third parties that received your information (Google Ads and Google Analytics) of your choice.

Authorized agents

An authorized agent can submit an opt-out request on your behalf with your signed written permission.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

Our site does not currently process Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals. To opt out, please email us or use the form on this page.

After you opt out

Once you opt out, we will not ask you to opt back in for at least 12 months.

Consumers under 16

We do not sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 without prior consent. Consumers aged 13 to 15 must opt in themselves, and children under 13 need a parent's or guardian's consent. Our site is not directed at children.

Sensitive personal information

We do not collect sensitive personal information, so we do not offer a "Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information" link.

Your other privacy rights

You may also ask to know, access, delete or correct your personal information. We respond to these requests within 45 days, and may extend that period by another 45 days when necessary, with notice to you. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Appeals

If we decline your request, you can appeal by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Appeal". We respond within 60 days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may contact your state Attorney General.

No discrimination

We will never deny you products, charge you different prices or give you a different level of service because you exercised your privacy rights.
