Where we ship

Vivrantideas ships to addresses within the United States only, covering all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not accept international orders. Every tee, crewneck, tote and mug is in stock and ships from our US warehouses, so there are no customs forms or import fees to think about.

Shipping method and carriers

We offer a single option, Standard Shipping. Depending on your address and the size of your order, your package travels with USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL. We choose the carrier that makes the most sense for each shipment.

The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

How long delivery takes

Your order arrives within 5–11 business days in total, counted from the date you place it. That window already includes:

• Processing: up to 3 business days to pick, quality-check and pack your items.
• Transit: up to 8 business days with the carrier.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing on the next business day. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees: carrier delays, severe weather and peak holiday periods can occasionally slow things down.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. You can also check the status any time on our Track Order page using your order number.

Changing or canceling an order

Need to fix an address or swap a size? Email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number. Orders can only be changed or canceled before they enter processing or shipment. Once an order is being packed or is on its way, we may not be able to make changes, but you can still use our Returns & Refunds Policy after delivery.

Lost, damaged or incorrect packages

If your package arrives damaged, defective or with the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a short description and clear photos, and we will make it right at no cost to you. If your tracking stalls or your package seems lost, contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Delivery address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to redirect a package once it is in transit, and incomplete or incorrect addresses can delay delivery.
